Milwaukee Valve Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Prairie Du Sac, WI team in Department 271. This is a salaried-exempt position.

Summary: Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance personnel at the PDS Facility and assumes the duties of the Maintenance Manager in their absence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Review work orders and ensure all schedules are met.
2. Organize and assign work tasks.
3. Supervise skilled and semi-skilled employees performing major repairs and preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment, and grounds.
4. Anticipate and resolve maintenance and personnel issues to minimize production impact.
5. Address and resolve safety issues.
6. Conduct timely performance reviews for maintenance personnel.

Other duties may be assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Direct supervision of maintenance staff at the PDS Facility.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent, with 4+ years in maintenance and supervisory experience.
• Computer skills in work order and preventive maintenance systems.

Skills: Ability to interpret manuals, write reports, and communicate effectively.

Mathematical Skills: Proficiency in basic algebra, geometry, and calculations.

Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems and interpret instructions.

Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk, climb, lift 30-35 lbs., and work at heights.

Work Environment: Exposure to mechanical parts, heights, fumes, weather, and loud noise; accommodations available for disabilities.
