Pratt Industries – Houston is hiring a Machine Operator for the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00AM–2:00PM). The role focuses on safe operation, machine setup, and ongoing improvements to efficiency while maintaining cleanliness in the work area.

You will support production schedules, train teammates, and assist with maintenance requests. A high school diploma or GED is required, with forklift certification beneficial; starting pay is $20.05 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Lift Truck Operator License may be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, quality, and GMP procedures to ensure safe, high-quality production.
• Maximize machine utilization and improve setup times.
• Train and assist new team members and participate in cross-training.
• Complete daily production reports and submit maintenance requests.
• Adapt to overtime or holiday work and work as a team to meet schedules.
