Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Able to operate MHE.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, and warehousing activities daily.
• Plan labor scheduling and space utilization.
• Hire and train staff; conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure KPI targets and safety/quality compliance.
• Manage client communications and reporting.
