Job summary

Kyungshinlear seeks a warehouse associate in Alabama to pack, scan, and ship parts accurately. The role is temp-to-perm with a 30-day probation period. During probation pay is $14 per hour, increasing to $16 per hour thereafter. Shifts run Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m., with weekly pay and available OT. Benefits include health insurance and 401(k) options. Responsibilities include packing totes, scanning for inventory, removing old labels, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Lift and/or move up to 70 pounds with assistance; stand for extended periods; repetitive motion.

Responsibilities

• Pack and scan totes to meet customer specifications.
• Inspect totes for damage and trash.
• Remove old labels from returning totes.
• Scan parts for inventory purposes.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment (5S duties).

About the role

$500 Retention Bonus after 90 days of service. Must PASS HAIR FOLLICLE DRUG TEST If selected can start as early as next week.

Tasked with packing/scanning/shipping parts accurately and in a timely manner.

Position Details

• This is a temp to perm position, with 30-day probationary period.
• Pay during probationary period is $14 and then goes to $16.
• Shift Monday- Friday (7a - 3:30p)
• Pay is weekly and OT is available

Responsibilities

• Ensure all totes are properly packed and scanned to meet the specifics of customer.
• Inspect totes for damage and trash.
• Remove all old labels from returning totes.
• Scan parts for inventory purposes.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment (5S Duties).

Essential Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Lift and/or move up to 70 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Constant repetitive motion while scanning/lifting parts.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with 5S Practices and EHS/ITAF/C-TPAT Certifications.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Warehouse/Distribution Center experience.

Must not have worked at Kyungshinlear directly or through staffing agency.
