Job summary

Kyungshinlear is seeking reliable Forklift Drivers for a temp-to-perm role in Montgomery, AL. You will handle shipping tasks, operate forklift equipment, and maintain safe handling practices under minimal supervision.

Starting pay is $16 per hour, increasing to $18 after 30 days, plus benefits including 401(k) options, dental and health insurance, PTO, and a $500 retention bonus after 90 days. A hair follicle drug screen is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.
• Previous Forklift experience REQUIRED.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Lift and/or move up to 70 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must not have worked for Kyungshinlear in the past.
• Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug screen.

We are offering a $500 retention bonus after 90 days of employment

Pay is $16 an hour 30 days and then goes to $18.
This is a temp to perm position. You will go through a staffing agency for initial onboarding.
