Job summary

Comprehensive Logistics Co. Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our operations team as 2nd Shift Line Operators.

The role focuses on accurate assembly, scanning, and inventory handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. You will read and follow work instructions, use scan guns and inventory software, and contribute to continuous improvement through attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read, listen, understand, and follow directions and work instructions.
• Ability to count accurately.
• Ability and versatility to work in multiple roles.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.
• Ability to work full time with extra hours & weekends as required.
• Must use scanning equipment and inventory software.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Motivation and attention to detail.
• Detail oriented with good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work instructions; scan and report as required.
• Sub-assemble automotive components/parts per instructions.
• Count material accurately and scan parts into tubs by customer requirements.
• Perform light assembly and use small powered hand tools.
• Assist with stocking or kitting as trained.
• Contribute to audits, counts, repacks, and tagging of parts.
• Report issues to team lead, quality technician or supervisor.
• Identify damage or shortages and report quality deficiencies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area.
• Other duties as assigned.

General Laborer will be responsible for the following:

• Performs a variety of tasks under close supervision of the shift supervisor in the operation.
• Following guidelines based on work instructions, scan guns, and reports.
• Read work instructions to sub-assemble automotive components/parts.
• Pays close attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly of components and parts.
• Pay close attention to accurately scan and count material and parts.
• Scans parts and places them into tubs according to customer requirements.
• Some light assembly is required.
• Use of small, powered hand tools is required.
• May be trained to assist with stocking or kitting.
• Performs general audits, counts, builds, repacks, and tags parts.
• Reports any issues to team lead, quality technician or supervisor.
• Identify damage and reports shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Comply with company policies and guidelines.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly work environment in the facility.
• Clean workstation to include sweeping, trash pickup and put equipment back in its original place.
• Other duties as required.

Second Shift hours are 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, plus mandatory overtime.
