Job summary

Lineage in Terrell, Texas is looking for warehouse workers to perform a variety of duties including inspection of equipment and picking products.

This role offers a pay of $17.00 per hour after training, with a 5-day work week, mandatory Sundays, and comprehensive benefits like medical and dental insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-use inspections on pallet jack equipment.
• Pick products and ensure correct selection of lot numbers.
• Communicate damaged products to inventory.
• Use pallet jack equipment to assemble customer orders.

Job description

Pay

$17.00 per hour after training. Move to component pay ($0.10 per case).

Schedule

5-day work week. Mandatory Sundays from 7 AM until completion. Saturdays off.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform pre-use inspection on pallet jack equipment
• Mark materials with identifying information
• Open boxes and other containers when necessary
• Pick products and ensure correct selection of lot numbers/product codes
• Record amount of material using site‑specific equipment to update inventory
• Arrange stock parts in the specific order for assembly
• Communicate damaged products to inventory or lead/supervisor
• Use pallet jack equipment to assemble customer orders while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Deliver product to the required area.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• Basic math skills
• Ability to understand instructions in the country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Ability to give voice commands in English may be required
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold storage sites or up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage sites while wearing company‑provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kg; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, which can be loud at times
