• Cross-train in the production area to learn key tasks and processes so you can fill in for associates who are absent
• Support general labor and construction-related tasks as needed, including heavy lifting and material handling
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in both outdoor yard and indoor production spaces
• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures to prevent accidents and damage to materials or equipment
• Communicate with production and yard teams to coordinate material flow and resolve issues promptly

• Reliability and flexibility to cross-train and cover different roles as needed.

Work Environment

You will work outdoors approximately 90% of the time in all weather conditions, operating a forklift and handling materials in a yard setting. The indoor production area is not climate controlled and can become cramped when scrap material accumulates, so comfort with variable temperatures and close working quarters is important. Attire should be practical and suitable for outdoor work and physical tasks, with appropriate safety gear as required.
