Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician (1st Shift) for a state-of-the-art food manufacturing facility in Hazelwood, MO. You will perform high-level mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs across high-speed production lines.

The role offers daytime hours on 1st shift, competitive pay up to $30/hr, weekly pay, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED with 2+ years of industrial maintenance in food manufacturing, or 4+ years in general industrial maintenance.
Hands-on experience with 120V–480V 3-phase electrical systems and multimeters.
Ability to read and follow wiring schematics and safety procedures.
Welding and fabrication experience, PPE and steel-toed boots required.
English language proficiency to follow safety protocols and work orders.

Responsibilities

Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics on facility and machinery using multimeters and schematics.
Mechanical repair and preventive maintenance on pumps, packaging, slicing, and molding equipment.
Welding, cutting, and fabrication; use drill presses and lathes to make parts.
Install and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and piping systems for the plant.
Adhere to LOTO, OSHA, FDA/USDA/GFSI and GMP safety guidelines.
