Lake Air Products, a fast-growing contract manufacturer, seeks a 1st shift Hardware Operator in Vadnais Heights, MN. You will set up and operate hardware machinery to insert varying hardware into metal components, ensuring correct placement per prints and dimensions.

The role requires 2+ years of Haeger machine experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong teamwork. Includes full benefits and PTO in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Read blueprints and distinguish colors.
• Lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive work for long hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hardware machine to insert hardware into parts.
• Verify hardware placement using prints and alignments.
• Prepare a pick list for required hardware to subtract from inventory.
• Adjust ram stroke depth and pressure on the machine.
• Deliver first piece to inspection for verification of dimensions.
