Kendall Howard LLC. is seeking a Hardware Operator for 1st or 2nd shift in Chisago City, MN. The role installs clinch fasteners into sheet metal using specialized equipment, reading blueprints and ensuring precise, repeatable results.

The position requires no minimum education, with preferred experience on hardware insertion equipment. Competitive hourly pay and full-time benefits are offered to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to confirm fastener type, placement, and orientation.
• Inspect and validate installations to meet dimensional, mechanical, and repeatability requirements.

Responsabilités

• Operate hardware presses to install clinch fasteners into sheet metal components.
• Configure and adjust bowl feeders to optimize feed rates and insertion cycles.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for fastener type and placement.
• Inspect and validate installations to meet dimensional and repeatability requirements.
• Maintain machine reliability through setup, adjustment, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following safety policies.
• Assist with other duties in fabrication and assembly processes.
