You will monitor HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs, and related programs, document results, and communicate issues across production to maintain product quality and safety.

The role involves working on the production floor in a fast-paced environment with PPE, and requires the ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of food safety and quality systems including HACCP, GMPs, and SSOPs.
• Intermediate computer proficiency (data entry, basic spreadsheets, document management).
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends.
