MPS Group Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to lead the Ford KTP SD facility operations in Louisville, KY. The role oversees daily contract service delivery, safety, quality, staffing, and efficiency for industrial cleaning tasks on site.

Shift: 1st Shift, Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Schedules may vary with production needs; the candidate will manage safety and operational excellence at the customer site.

Formación

• Minimum one year of experience in facility services, industrial cleaning, or a related field.
• Minimum one year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop TIS (Task Instruction Sheets) and review safety documents with the crew.
• Resolve conflicts on the job and with customers.
• Evaluate and counsel employees on quality and safety.
• Provide directions to supervisory staff and hourly associates on equipment use.
• Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit site operating reports and update systems as required.
• Process and approve payroll and maintain timekeeping records.
• Conduct site inspections and safety tours.
• Train crew members per TIS and ensure certifications and training matrix are maintained.
