Job summary

MPS Group Inc. is seeking a Paint Booth Cleaner Supervisor for the Ford Louisville Assembly Plant in Louisville, KY. This role oversees safety, quality, and sanitation for paint booth cleaning operations on the 3rd shift.

Responsibilities include leading crew, ensuring PPE compliance, coordinating equipment and supplies, and reporting to site management. Requires at least one year supervisory experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory experience and knowledge of equipment, PPE, safety policies.
• Must pass a background check and a drug test.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develops safety documents with crew and enforces PPE and precautions.
• Evaluates and counsels employees on quality and safety.
• Provides direction, equipment, small tools, materials, and supplies to support the crew.
• Prepare and submit job reports to site manager, director and/or customer.
• Make recommendations on equipment purchases, personnel needs, and maintenance.
• Receive and stow materials and supplies; inspect equipment and remove damaged items.
• Conduct site inspections and Safety Tours (e.g., Mod Audits, Prime Booth Audits, Conveyor Audits).
