Job summary

MPS Group Inc. is seeking a Site Manager for the Scout Motors Production Center in Blythewood, SC. The role oversees daily facility service operations, safety, quality, staffing, and efficiencies for a customer site, ensuring contractual obligations are met.

The successful candidate will manage payroll, timekeeping, safety reporting, and training across the crew, with a focus on OSHA compliance and operational excellence. Monday–Friday shift. 1st shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in facility services, industrial cleaning, or a related field.
• Minimum one year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, equipment, tools, and safety practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop team members.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and other applicable safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop TIS (Task Instruction Sheets) and train crew to follow them for standardized work.
• Resolves conflicts on the job between employees and customers.
• Counsels employees on quality and safety performance.
• Directs supervisory staff and hourly crews in equipment, tools, and supplies usage.
• Investigates incidents and ensures compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare site operating reports and update the corporate operating system.
