Job summary

MPW Industrial Service Group is seeking a supervisor to safely and efficiently manage operations at automotive and environmental sites. You will plan, organize, and coordinate equipment and personnel, ensuring timely completion and high quality of all tasks.

The role includes evaluating performance, coordinating daily meetings, and interfacing with management on staffing needs, while upholding established wage structures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience leading teams in industrial cleaning or similar environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work schedules.
• Ensure tasks meet quality standards per work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance and document corrective actions.
• Manage inventory needs and interface with purchasing to maintain levels.
• Lead safety discussions and job safety analyses with the team.
• Conduct annual reviews and recommend merit increases.
