Job summary

Packaging Corporation is seeking a Fabricating Supervisor to oversee finishing operations, including folding, gluing, waxing, stripping, and bundling. You will manage the assigned shift, ensuring efficient production and a safe work environment.

You’ll coordinate with the Production Manager and Shift Supervisor to plan work orders, supervise staff, train employees, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of corrugated manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift work orders with Production Manager and Shift Supervisor.
• Schedule production activities and oversee employees.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are understood and followed.
• Provide employee training on equipment and protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Inspect materials, products and equipment for quality and reliability.
• Participate in production meetings and report updates.
• Address customer quality concerns and root cause analysis.
