Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production Manager and Shift Supervisor to plan and manage shift work orders.
• Ensure quality requirements and smooth workflow to maximize up-time.
• Schedule work, oversee employees, approve time records, and enforce company policy.
• Develop employees, hire recommendations, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain a safe, injury-free work environment and train on equipment and safety standards.
• Improve processes, analyze fabricating performance, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
• Supervise equipment operation and material inspection to prevent malfunctions.
• Participate in production meetings and report updates.
• Handle customer complaints regarding finishing quality.
