Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift schedules with the supervisor to meet production goals.
• Schedule work, coordinate activities, oversee employees, approve time records.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace and ensure safety procedures are understood.
• Conduct ongoing training on equipment, protocols, production standards, and waste control.
• Perform quality control tests per continuous improvement standards.
• Verify job quality and investigate customer complaints.
• Supervise equipment operation and troubleshoot malfunctions on corrugator.
• Analyze corrugator performance and recommend improvements.
• Participate in production meetings and provide updates.
• Communicate with scheduling to meet production requirements.
• Maintain records of downtime, rolls on/off, and material utilization.
