Job summary

J.P. Mascaro & Sons in Birdsboro, PA is seeking a full-time, day-shift Maintenance Assistant to support our recycling facility. You will perform light cleaning in offices, help with landscaping onsite, and assist with daily operations as directed by a supervisor.

The ideal candidate is comfortable outdoors in all weather, can work every other Saturday and overtime, and shows a strong work ethic, organization, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

What You Will Do:

• Light cleaning duties inside office buildings
• Maintain landscaping onsite including, but not limited to, mowing, weed-whacking, mulching
• Assist with onsite operations as needed when instructed by supervisor
• Keep the onsite roads/surrounding area litter free

Qualifications

• A comfort level working in all-weather outdoors and ability to work indoors
• The ability to work every other Saturday (as required) and overtime
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
