Job summary

TotalRecycle, Inc., a groundbreaking recycling facility in Birdsboro, PA, seeks a Laborer to join our team. You will perform light cleaning in offices, assist with groundskeeping, and support onsite operations as directed by supervision.

The role requires comfort working outdoors in all weather, occasional Saturdays, and overtime. We offer competitive pay, two weeks’ vacation in year one, health and life insurance, a 401K with company match, and a family-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Ability to work every other Saturday and overtime.
• Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Light cleaning duties inside office buildings.
• Maintain landscaping onsite including mowing, weed-whacking, mulching.
• Assist with onsite operations as needed when instructed by supervisor.
• Keep the onsite roads/surrounding area litter free.
