Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler (B) for the 1st Shift in Glenolden, PA. The role involves assembling components based on engineering specifications and ensuring product quality through in-process testing.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma/GED, minimum 6 months experience in a related field, and must be compliant with ITAR regulations. Strong skills in soldering and blueprint reading are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in an electro-mechanical environment.
• U.S. person status required; ITAR compliance needed.
• Ability to work with Mfg Engineering or SME to diagnose repairs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components from work orders and engineering drawings.
• Conduct in-process tests using multimeters and dielectric machines.
• Identify and initiate continuous improvements for product safety and quality.
