Job summary

Trystar is seeking a Distro Assembler on 1st shift to support small build lines in Faribault, MN. The role involves reading job orders, following SOPs, and assembling portable and permanent distribution components with hand and power tools.

The candidate will perform quality checks, handle paperwork, and collaborate with team members to meet safety and production targets in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read instructions and safely operate machines.
• Must be accurate and timely in completing work assignments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently.
• English literacy to read plant directives.

Responsibilities

• Read and badge in/out of active job orders on the production floor.
• Read and follow SOPs to safely operate equipment for assembly.
• Complete required pre-assembly paperwork.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product meets specs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
