Job summary

Trystar in Faribault, MN is seeking a Distro Pre-Assembler to support our high-volume power distribution manufacturing. You will assemble various components and cable assemblies safely on the production floor, following SOPs and using hand and power tools.

Epicor experience is a plus and you will badge in/out of active job orders, complete required paperwork, and participate in quality inspections. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards as we deliver reliable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines and visually inspect components.
• Read, write and comprehend plant directives written in English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand job orders and interact with Epicor, by properly badging in and out of active job orders on the production floor.
• Read, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to the SOPs to safely and properly operate the equipment and tools required to assemble the product.
• Must understand, complete, and maintain all required paperwork related to Pre-Assembly tasks.
• Maintain and safely operate hand tools and power tools.
• Perform and document required quality control checks and inspections to assure the product being manufactured is meeting required specifications.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
