Job summary

Trystar Inc. in Faribault, MN is hiring an Electromechanical Assembler for the 1st shift in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

You will assemble high-quality portable power distribution boxes and follow SOPs, enter data in Epicor, and participate in continuous improvement across multiple facilities. Requirements include a high school diploma and 2 years of manufacturing experience, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass physical/drug testing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines and visually inspect parts produced.
• Accuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds intermittently.
• Frequent lifting, standing, bending & reaching.
• Able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Must adhere to PPE requirements (eye, hand, feet, hearing).
• Technical secondary education is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and data entry for receiving/issuing products.
• Read and interpret process sheets, SOPs, tally sheets, etc.
• Basic understanding of blueprints, mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Good hand dexterity and grip strength.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Understand the job orders and interact with Epicor.
• Read, comprehend, and execute SOPs and procedures to operate equipment and manufacture product.
• Enter paperwork into Epicor; daily production reports and tally/scrap reports.
• Maintain and operate hand and power tools.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure specifications are met.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
