Job summary

Kemps has immediate job openings for fast paced warehouse operators in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. In this role, you will spend 2 days a week as an order selector and 2 days a week loading trucks, operating equipment in a cooler environment.

Our operators starting pay is $27.43/hr for first shift, with 4am or 6am start times and 10-12 hour rotating shifts. Benefits include 401(k) with company contribution, paid vacation and holidays, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal
• Effective verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary and manually stack and move cases up to 6-8 cases high
• Must be able to work in a wet environment and temperature 35–40 degrees Fahrenheit
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays
• May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals

Responsibilities
