rms Company, a Cretex Medical company, is seeking a Milling CNC Machinist to operate CNC mills and support medical device component production. The role focuses on precision milling, part inspection, and preventative maintenance to maintain tight tolerances and high quality.

Responsibilities include tool changes, set-up, and adherence to cleanliness and safety standards in a regulated manufacturing environment. Shift is 1st, with a sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Operator experience with Milling CNC machines.
• Strong math background, preferably in machine math/shop math.
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using a microscope.
• Ability to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer.

Milling CNC Machinist Position Summary

The Milling CNC Machinist operates CNC machines to support the manufacture of components and devices for the medical device industry.

Shifts Available: 1st Shift - 5:00 am - 3:00 pm

• Operate Milling CNC machines

Cretex Companies use cutting oils, solvents, and other chemicals in the manufacturing process. Testing is conducted on a periodic basis to ensure that all chemicals are kept well below the OSHA permissible exposure levels.

Pay Range

USD $21.20 - USD $40.67 /Hr.

Pay Range Details

This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full hiring range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
