rms Company, a Cretex Medical company, seeks a CNC Machinist in Minnesota (Coon Rapids) to operate milling and lathe CNC machines, inspect parts, and maintain equipment. First shift Mon- Thurs 5:30 am - 3:30 pm. A sign-on bonus of $1,000–$5,000 is offered based on experience.

Qualifications

• Operator experience with milling or lathe CNC machines.
• Strong math background, preferable in machine math/shop math.
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using a microscope.
• Ability to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer.

Responsibilities

• Operate milling & lathe CNC machines.
• Perform quality inspection on completed parts.
• Perform preventative maintenance on milling & lathe CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance.
• Complete tool changes.
