Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of press brake experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate press brake machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and detailed work instructions.
• Change tooling, ram position, ram speed, and backstop position as needed.
• Record production and scrap data in ERP system (Plex).
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required specifications.
• Communicate any production issues to supervisors or team leads.
• Follow daily production schedules and meet performance goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 40 lbs occasionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and detailed work instructions
• Change tooling, ram position, ram speed, and backstop position as needed
• Record production and scrap data in ERP system (Plex)
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required specifications
• Communicate any production issues to supervisors or team leads
