Responsibilities

• Verify batching equipment meets sanitary conditions per MEC requirements.
• Confirm staged ingredients against batch sheets and document weights and temperatures.
• Perform tests to ensure final mixture meets properties and temperature requirements.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients to specification and check lot codes.
