Qualifications

• 2 years of study in Food Safety/Manufacturing.
• 1-3 years in beverage production facility.
• 1-3 years as Batcher or Technician.
• Office Suite/PC skills required.
• Basic English language knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Verify batching equipment meets sanitary requirements.
• Confirm ingredients against batch sheets.
• Document ingredient weights and temperatures on batch sheets.
• Certify ingredients meet expiration dates, lot codes, and specifications.
• Perform tests to ensure final mixture properties and temperatures.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients to requirements.
