Job summary

Oatey is seeking a production teammate to mold and cure test balls and related plastics in an oven/press environment. You will load, bake, and inspect molds, then follow schedules and maintain records in a manufacturing setting in Minnesota.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, basic math and reading/writing skills, and the ability to operate machinery with good communication. Generous benefits and a 401(k) match are offered.

Position Responsibilities 1. Load balls into molds; pressurize mold as required; place molds into oven, bake. 40%* 2. Remove and open molds, visually check for appearance-adherence to specs. 40%* 3.
