Job summary

Liberty Diversified International (LDI) is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator II for our Fort Worth, TX facility. You will support machine operators, help set up orders, perform quality checks, stack orders, and communicate issues to maximize efficiency.

Some locations may require assisting in finishing tasks such as gluing, stitching, and cutting. The role reports to a Production Supervisor and requires a high school diploma or GED with manufacturing experience, and availability to work

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1+ year manufacturing experience in place of education.
• Basic arithmetic for printouts, bundles, and counts.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Overtime, weekend, and holiday availability as required.

Responsibilities

• Support machine setup per customer specs and prep tools.
• Assist with quality checks by inspecting articles for defects.
• Monitor production metrics and downtime; communicate issues promptly.
• Assist maintenance with minor repairs and equipment troubleshooting.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
