Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read work instructions and basic blueprints.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components according to instructions and drawings.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality standards.
• Maintain production and quality documentation.
• Meet daily production targets and efficiency standards.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and 5-S standards.
• Support continuous improvement and team goals.
