Job summary

Danfoss in Shawnee, OK is seeking a capable supervisor support for the 3rd shift, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 pm to 6:00 am. You will assist the supervisor in coordinating activities of assigned employees to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost and lean goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years manufacturing or repair experience.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
• Support labor standards, quality standards, and lean initiatives.
• Assist in planning and managing personnel, technology, and materials.
• Coordinate meetings and contribute to evaluations.
• Communicate and collaborate with peers, supervisors, and engineers to ensure quality.
• Provide coaching, training and build a cohesive team.
• Review PC boards, audit standard work, diagnose production issues.
