Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global Inc. is seeking a Secondary Operator for the 1st shift in a metal fabrication environment. The role centers on assembling components to specifications and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Hours are 6am-3pm, Monday through Friday, with Pay DOE. The position may involve boxing, packaging, and other ancillary production tasks as workload dictates. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with basic tool experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble components per work instructions, blueprints, or schematics while meeting production, quality, and safety requirements.
• Inspect finished products for conformance to specifications and identify defects or issues.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment to support assembly operations.
• Support other production activities as needed, including boxing, packaging, and related tasks.
