ManpowerGroup is hiring Production Associates - Metal Assembly in Newton, NC. You will load metal parts into fixtures, prepare pieces for welding, inspect finished work, and help keep production moving smoothly.

This hands-on role runs on a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift, Monday–Friday, with overtime opportunities. Competitive pay starts at $18.00 per hour, plus on-the-job training and a stable manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Previous manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Load metal parts into production fixtures.
• Position components for the welding process.
• Remove completed assemblies and prepare for next production stage.
• Perform visual quality inspections.
• Use basic hand tools and production equipment.
• Organize materials and support production flow.
