Qualifications

• No prior experience or formal training required; strong willingness to learn is helpful.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and follow directions.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Follow and complete daily build schedule.
• Bolt, clip, screw, cement, or fasten parts by hand or with tools.
• Read prints and use a tape measure as required.
• Tend machines and use tools (impact wrenches) for fastening on the assembly line.
• Work at different stations as production needs require.
• Work on line where tasks vary with model changes.
• Monitor tasks and suggest quality improvements to the assembly/shipping manager.
• Follow all safety regulations and wear prescribed PPE.
