Adecco US, Inc. in Everett, WA is hiring an Assembly Operator to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment, following detailed procedures and ensuring production standards.

The role, suitable for entry-level candidates or those with prior production experience, involves assembling parts, inspecting products, reading blueprints, labeling finished goods, and maintaining clean, safe workstations. The shift runs Monday through Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend basic English for safety, training and follow written and verbal instructions precisely
• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for repetitive tasks
• Able to lift to 30 lbs and stand for up to 10 hours on concrete floors
• Experience using hand tools and small power tools preferred
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently in a loud, fast-paced setting
• Must pass a client-specific background check
• Able to maintain reliable attendance to work the scheduled shift hours

Responsibilities

• Assemble small parts and components using hand tools, microscopes, and other tools
• Perform detailed inspection, calibration, and testing of products to ensure quality standards
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and method sheets to complete assembly tasks
• Label and package finished products accurately and efficiently
• Move materials, parts, and products within the warehouse and production area
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in compliance with company protocols
• Identify and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisors
• Assist with general production tasks and other duties as assigned
