Job summary

Time Staffing is hiring Assemblers for 1st Shift in Production. You will operate machinery to assemble small kits to exact specs, perform quality checks, and document activities. This role contributes to product quality and on-time delivery in a climate-controlled production area.

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals who can stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work with a team to keep lines running smoothly. Pay is $18.64 per hour with a 7:00am–3:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and precise work required.
• Ability to perform basic math and counting accurately.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to build small kits per order specifications.
• Check and verify kits for quantity, quality, and proper packaging.
• Perform quality inspections including first-piece validation and random checks.
• Make minor equipment adjustments for optimal operation.
• Document activities and notify supervisors of issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
