Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Familiarity with power tools, including torque wrenches and basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Safely operate power tools, including torque wrenches and other hand tools.
• Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards.
• Perform visual and functional inspections of assembled frames.
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to a supervisor or team lead.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Load and unload assembly cells using an electric pallet mover.
