Job summary

Danfoss Power Solutions Segment in Shawnee, OK is seeking an Assembler for 1st shift to assemble hydraulic motors and subassemblies. You will follow routing sheets, use hand tools, and ensure quality while meeting 5S and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and up to six months of manufacturing experience, or vocational training. Overtime and weekend work may be required, with full-time hours on weekdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Six months of manufacturing or repair experience or completed vocational training.
• Basic computer data entry skills.
• Ability to read, understand and apply information in documents.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends and any shift in a teamwork environment.

Responsibilities

• Assembles parts to form units or subassemblies at a bench, conveyor line, or assigned location.
• Reads routing sheets and assembly/test instructions to properly assemble and test hydraulic motors and components.
• Selects, assembles, identifies part characteristics, and inspects parts for defects.
• Maintains 5S housekeeping and uses proper gauging and assembly equipment.
• Adheres to safety procedures and reports issues to supervisors.
