SEW-EURODRIVE is hiring for a 1st Shift Assembler in the United States. You will perform hand assembly of gear motors, reducers, and adjustable drives, maintain inventory between lines, and support testing, repair/restock, and packing. This role requires reading blueprints, using gauges, and basic math.

Qualifications

• Must have mechanical aptitude to assemble gear drives and motors.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Ability to use gauges and measuring equipment for quality checks.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic in various units.

Responsibilities

• Hand assemble gear motors, reducers, and adjustable drives; maintain stock between lines.
• Repair/restock and warranty evaluations; testing and service responsibilities.
• Wash/prep/paint; packing; shipping/receiving and general clean up; rotate to tasks as needed.
