Job summary

Danfoss Power Solutions in Shawnee, OK is seeking an Assembly Technician for the 1st shift. You will assemble mechanical components, follow blueprints and work instructions, and use hand and power tools on a bench or line.

This safety-sensitive, full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, attention to detail, teamwork, and good communication. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 am–4:00 pm, with benefits including PTO, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Assembles parts according to specifications to form units or subassemblies.
• Uses hand tools, small power tools, and equipment safely.
• Refers to drawings and directions; reworks as required.
• Ensures assemblies meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work environment.
• Meet daily production targets and efficiency standards.
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Maintain production and quality documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and teamwork to meet plant goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
