Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting dependable Assemblers to join our Ludington manufacturing team. In this role you will assemble mechanical components and parts according to work instructions, use hand tools and basic power tools, and inspect parts for quality while following safety procedures.

This 1st shift position offers $20.50/hour, weekly pay, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid sick leave, and potential for long-term employment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is helpful, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small parts/tools.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform repetitive movements.

We arelooking for dependable Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Ludington! This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work and are looking for a stable manufacturing position on 1st shift.

Job Title: Assembly

Location: Ludington, MI

Pay Range: $20.50/hr.
