Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Madison Heights, MI is seeking an Assembler to perform bench and structural assembly of parts and final products. You will package and label items, operate assembly equipment, and follow strict safety and quality guidelines.

Shifts run Monday–Thursday 6:00am–4:30pm and Friday–Saturday 5:00pm–5:30am, with pay ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with long-term career potential.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Understanding of basic lean manufacturing concepts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and maintain production records

Responsibilities

• Perform bench and structural assembly of parts, components, and finished products.
• Package, box, and bag products according to quality and production standards.
• Operate assembly and packaging equipment, powered conveyors, bagging machines, and hand/power tools.
• Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality procedures to ensure product excellence.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, workplace organization (5S), and team-based problem solving.
