Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting dependable Assemblers to join our Ludington manufacturing team. In this role you will assemble mechanical components and parts according to work instructions, use hand tools and basic power tools, and inspect parts for quality while following safety procedures.

This 1st shift position offers $20.50/hour, weekly pay, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid sick leave, and potential for long-term employment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is helpful, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small parts/tools.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform repetitive movements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and parts according to work instructions and specifications.
• Use hand tools and basic power tools to complete assembly tasks; inspect parts and finished products for quality.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Meet production and quality standards; work as part of a team to keep production moving.
