Qualifications

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans for first grade.
• Differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
• Assess student learning with multiple methods.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with parents/guardians on student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and support school improvement.
• Participate in IEP/504 and other student support meetings.
