Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field (master’s preferred).
• Valid Michigan teaching certificate with elementary endorsement.
• Strong knowledge of elementary curriculum and child development.
• Ability to design engaging lessons promoting academic and social-emotional growth.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans meeting academic and developmental needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
• Assess student learning using various methods and inform instruction.
