Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field.
• Valid Michigan teaching certification/license with endorsement for the grade level.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to planning and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with standards.
• Create and administer assessments, monitor student performance using multiple methods.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align curricula and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and activities to support school mission.
